Who's he gonna rat to? The NCAA? If they attempt to regulate with any teeth, Michigan will sue. That seems to be the case for literally any action taken by the NCAA in recent years. They are a governing body in name only. Oh...I guess the rules? We should really take that over from them too. Put the hashes the same spot as in the NFL for starters, dammit...

I don't remember wth I was talkin about...

I’m guessing the guy knows quite a bit about a lot of Mythigan Men. Would be terrible if he rolled on them on his way down.
I'm guessing this is why he is sitting in jail for days and nobody knows any charges...Michigan knew about the affair for a while, let him promote his girl, she has an abortion, and they decide they have to cut their losses now...they have cause, but he has cause because they knew about the affair...the criminal action might save them the money though. The main reality though is nobody in college football wanted him as coach, Michigan knew this, and was trying to get out of the situation. They will probably decide that paying a settlement is worth getting a top tier coach right now.

he should say why the charger coach had him take recruits to dinner then give them tours of the facilites during recruiting dead periods..
but mostly why they lied to the ncaa 3 times about it...the sign stealing he probably wasen't in on alot...but the sexual abuse on female staff is another area that needs to come to light. the lack of institutional control or controlling it in a lawless way is troublesome at best.

I'm not sure why he'd try to take Michigan down. They didn't do anything. He did it to himself. It doesn't make sense for to try and get his NC vacated to exact revenge on a school that was forced to move after after he went psycho.

Or take the high road and get a few teams in a bidding war for your services as a DC or position coach. Heard that pays pretty well these days.

Sexual abuse? I didn’t read anything about this case but it sure seems like it was consensual.

Stick to narcotics, stud. Spelling Nazi ain’t you
Classic, guy uses the completely wrong word and then doubles down thinking it was a spelling error and then triples down by insulting the guy that pointed it out. A normal person would just laugh it off.

First rule of holes. Stop digging when you are in one.

Yeah, if he knows he'll never get another HC gig again, might as well burn that program to the ground. I like it. ******* cheaters.
He is in jail . He threatened to kill somebody he will stay In jail for a while. He already has a 2yr show cause. He will never coach again nor should he .

Let us say he does rat them out. Something very serious. The asshats at the NCAA would take 5-6 years to fart around before once again slapping them on the wrist, while at the same time dropping the hammer on a smaller college for buying a recruit a ham sammich.

Yep!

Plus the schools have realized that the NCAA doesn't actually have any power. So it is all one big joke.

When this all first came out, my initial thought, was this was all bs, created by Michigan to avoid having to pay the rest of his contract.

I have not kept up with details and such, but I still think it's something like this.

Michigan is a cheat in about every way possible.

Almost as disgraceful as Penn State.

Some are questioning why Moore is incarcerated. In Florida we have the Baker Act which allows for the involuntary detention of a person who is deemed to be a danger to themselves and/or others.

Most states have a form of the Baker Act; although annotated differently but similar in scope. In addition to claiming he would harm himself, he allegedly stalked another person(s); entered the person's residence (home invasion) and threatened to abduct or harm said person.

During the course of his actions, it was reported he was in possession of a knife which escalates the level of charges. 911 calls corroborates many of the stated events.

The prosecutor has a full menu of charges at his disposal for Moore's incarceration and is warranted under the scope of law.
