goes 4-8 this season or is this sour grapes for some reason? Always have liked Lorenzen but 4-8 seems a little odd coming from him.

Today will tell us the direction they are headed. Only favored by 4 right now over Southern Miss at home. Big game today for the direction of this program.

The line moves to entice bets. It has nothing to do with the actual projected outcome.

4-8 is what he's rooting for. He's made it personal against Boom and Baker and everyone else he blames for Towles not succeeding here. He wants to keep making his little digs at them and hopes they fail. I've heard him say otherwise, but he's way more believable talking about how much he hates those guys than he is about rooting for UK this year.

But in his defense, Jared's incapable of comprehending that football players can improve from season to season. This is the fat f**** who was handed the job on a silver platter with no competition his freshman year. And had it taken away his senior year. 15-30 career record at UK.

I do not understand why we let this monument to laziness be anywhere near our football team in public.
So how do you really feel?

This, JLO has made this very personal.

He can't come to grips with the fact that Towles just isn't an SEC QB and is looking to pass the buck.

Baker had a bad year, but after hearing what JLO said about him in a podcast, he should never be a public face for the program again.

Why make it personal with the name calling?

Because of how overboard he's gone about some players on the team, specifically Dorian Baker. I don't care if Dorian didn't hit his potential as a true sophomore when he led the team in receiving. Jared constantly makes digs about him. Runs him down whenever a microphone is in front of his fat face. Talked about trying to stare him down on the sidelines last year and wanting to fight him! That was during a game and he's trying to start drama? Screw him. And again, he's not the one to talk as he was constantly out of shape, was not a winner, and failed to show any senior leadership. He can predict 0-12 about the team, I don't care. But it infuriates me when anyone, specifically someone as public as Jared, runs down a Kentucky player like this.

Lorenzen is probably the starting QB with the most losses in UK history. With his negativity it's easy to see why.

He predicted they'd be 4-8, not calling any of us degratory names.

i can't recall specifically what he said about Baker but I doubt it was anything similar to what was said about him on this forum.

Im an optimist, I hope we win 7 games and know that we could. Unfortunately, last year clearly had a crisis of leadership and discipline. Due to the uncertainty of that being fixed, I can see how someone wouldnpredict 4 wins.

There is no reason Kentucky should not win by double digits. They are fully capable. And better at every position. Even Qb is a wash. Mullens lights it up in C-USA, but has sucked against power five schools. No reason to think Drew Barker to Patrick Towles couldn't throw for a billion yards against C-USA opponents. I'm not impressed by that. This is the best roster we have had since 2007 and probably deeper than 2007. No reason why we can't punch them in the mouth and win by a lot.

It is just a prediction. Maybe that is what he thinks. Anything with UK right now is a huge guess because there are so many unknowns. It's not like they have 16 returning starters. No one really has any idea how Barker is going to be. They are replacing DE Farrington Fuguenin, DT Melvin Lewis, DT C.J. Johnson, DT Regie Meant, DE/LB Jason Hatcher, LB Jabari Johnson, LB Josh Forrrest, LB Ryan Flannigan, LB Khalid Henderson, DB Fred Tiller, DB A.J. Stamps, DB Cody Quinn & Darius West. That's 13 guys on the defense. The QB is an unknown. I mean things are really wide open. Everything at this point is a big guess. I mean its not like this is a situation where UK is bringing almost everyone back. New players everywhere. 4-8? 7-5? Everything is just a guess. If that's his guess than that's his guess, I wouldn't be mad about it. I'm definitely curious to see the first couple of games to get a feel as to what kind of team they will have. At this point I don't have a clue and don't even feel like making a prediction, it's not based on anything, it's pure guessing. Some seasons you have a pretty good feel as to what's coming back and what type of season you'll have. This is not one of those seasons.

Btw is Lorenzen now going to be on the opponent's sideline cheering against us?
I did hear a new vendor on the other side is setting up with jumbo deep fried chocolate covered elephant ears, 4-8 thats weak from a former fat cat

So basically he thinks we beat the 3 OOC games and one SEC win...or maybe he thinks Southern Miss beats us as well and we win 2 SEC games. Idk.

I think 6-6 happens, not bold enough to predict 7-5.

If you've listened to the podcast then you should know they all think highly of this Southern Miss team, saying they're better than some of the SEC teams we'll play. If they believe that the prediction isn't surprising.

Though they obviously both played the game (one was a good player the other was not), neither Freddie Maggard or Jared Lorenzen are any better at predictions than some schmoe on the couch.

Maybe JLo and Freddie should coach our football team. They seem to know what they're talking about. What a joke this program has turned into.

This team is not going to win 5 games and they will not go to a bowl and then Stoops will get more time to continue this trash of football. This down right embarrassing.
