Does this team implode?

If Frost continues to 'put his mark on the game' by putting in low-percentage gamble plays at questionable times, like onside or squib kicks, then possibly yes.

It's pretty deflating as a player to be battling hard in a game and have nonsensical decisions being made just when you feel you might be gaining the upper hand.

Not sure which particular game, but I would guess one in October.

Assuming they pull off a victory against Georgia Southern, I think they’ll lose to Oklahoma and then Indiana. That’s when sh*t might turn real sour.
Our players better not give up. I give them credit for that the last couple years. This year might be harder, but they can’t give up.
Coaching decisions will be there regardless, but the guys on the field need to respect themselves and their teammates.

We aren't a good football team. But neither is Georgia Southern or Indiana.

Pound Grant 25-30 times a game, clean up the silly crap and we can beat the crap teams on our schedule and make a bowl

The problem is Frost coach teams don't seem to clean up the fundamental stuff.

The wheels will probably fall off after Indiana if I had to guess.

I thing that now that we have skilled positions on offense, this should help the o-line...
the d-line and lb's have to start getting to the ball and tackling...
the special teams seem vastly improved so far
and if frost trys not to get cute with play calling

with these games compared to last year..
I don't see the team quitting..maybe making strides forward.will know alot more in 8 days

The team will win by two scores against GS, get beat by three scores against OU, Indiana is a loss, toss up at Rutgers then lose to Purdue. Thompson and/or Grant will be done for the season after Purdue. Frost likes to push his stars too hard, he’ll play them banged up.

Georgia directional might not be as easy of game as some seem to think. They put up 58 points last weekend and from what I’ve heard love to throw it around. If our D-Line can’t get push (and let’s be honest outside of 4th quarter against UND, it hasn’t got pressure on anyone) it could be a real long day. Not saying we won’t win, I think we’ll grind them down eventually…. Just not the cakewalk some are assuming it to be.

Is it really accurate to call what is coming an implosion? Implosion often implies something unexpected. Stevie Wonder can see this mess of a season coming. Isn't it more accurate to just admit the team sucks?

I predict this team will look exactly like our last 4 teams starting in the third quarter of the Northwestern game.
