Not a Deac fan but would love to see em’ knock off Clemson here. Mount Airy has produced what looks to be a NFL receiver. Greene and Perry are a deadly combo. Wake looks legit.

If only they'd stop interupting the game in key moments to watch Aaron Judge strike out or walk.
It’s like everything Greene catches is a TD. Rooting for them in OT.

Good game. Don't understand that last pass throwing it in the end zone in double coverage instead of just getting the first down.
I will say though pulling for Wake but if Clemson was going to win I'm glad that D lineman Bryan Bresee who lost his 15 year old sister last week to cancer made two plays that put Wake in 4th down that was so sad.
Wake was too conservative with play calling last drive in regulation. Game should have never went to OT. When you are the underdog you can't be conservative when you have a top dog on the ropes.

Man I'm heartbroken that Wake Forest lost this game. That QB was balling out. And also can I say something else, I really wish that truist field still hosted the state championship games.
Amen to that; SO annoying. I prefer Fox Sports coverage way more than ESPN's. They are the purest TV option we have now adays for college. ESPN's went so downhill. Their graphics are mediocre, their announce teams stink, and way too many ads. Today was super annoying though; no respect at all for either Wake or Clemson. I know Judge's deal is big and all but college football fans tune in to watch the game first, not the other way around.
Crazy part is ABC does solid with the Monday night games; what a 180. I'm thrilled they have the Super Bowl again in a few years.
Wake lost this one more than Clemson won it. If I was Sweeney I'd be ashamed of their performance today. Their defense gave up too many easy passes and let Wake out hit them a lot of the game. Def not worthy of a shot at the title.
Clemson couldn't have been more lucky to win the coin toss. If they hadn't Wake woulda won. Clemson had too many fast cats in the bench to stay fresh Wake didn't. That helped a lot plus the dumb play calling.

To be honest it's not like he was breaking a major record. He is only breaking a Yankees and AL record. If it was the MLB record maybe. People that tuned in to watch the Wake-Clemson game tuned it to watch that. Yankees fans likely were already watching the Yankees game.
