Cross dressers are what their genitalia says they are. If you are dressed as a female, but have a penis, use the penis restroom. Pretty simple and logical. That seems to be lost on liberals. I think it is a safety issue that women would feel safer knowing that the person in the stall next to them is a female. Isn't that reasonable?

By the law, I'm not sure I agree. Then again, I might be confusing Transgender with Transsexual with Gender Neutral, or any of the other litany of classifications occurring right now with the Trans community. This is a very touchy one though and I'm not qualified to make a decision either way. I do understand both sides of the argument. I mean, how do you legitimately separate out those that have the parts and those that don't. There are some Trannies that unless you actually see under the hood, you wouldn't know if they have outdoor plumbing or not. Then you have the guys with beards who like to just dress up as women. I myself as a parent of two daughters can identify with the concerns, but I also understand the complex issues associated with the Trans world and it's not black and white as it's a psychological issue.
I'm in total agreement with you on the public bathrooms/showers issue, I just think PATX is showing narrow-mindedness lumping the bearded dudes with a sexual king to cross dress with people that genuinely associate with a sex different from their birth. I'm pretty much right in line with everything you posted.
Going to tell you right now, this is not one the GOP is going to win. There are some sexy looking dudes with unchanged plumbing that you would never know.

It seems like it should be and thats based on whether you are an innie or an outie. I understand people who believe that way and it's fine with me if you do. Personally, i don't want a confused man with a beard dropping a deuce next to my kids. At the same time, i don't want some kid fvcked up in the head about what sex he is having to endure this kind of treatment either. I agree, both sides have rights. How about changing the law to require 3 types of bathrooms. 1 for each?
