By the law, I'm not sure I agree. Then again, I might be confusing Transgender with Transsexual with Gender Neutral, or any of the other litany of classifications occurring right now with the Trans community. This is a very touchy one though and I'm not qualified to make a decision either way. I do understand both sides of the argument. I mean, how do you legitimately separate out those that have the parts and those that don't. There are some Trannies that unless you actually see under the hood, you wouldn't know if they have outdoor plumbing or not. Then you have the guys with beards who like to just dress up as women. I myself as a parent of two daughters can identify with the concerns, but I also understand the complex issues associated with the Trans world and it's not black and white as it's a psychological issue.
Are women now discriminating against Trannies? I know when we had a guy that came back to work with boobs we had to have a meeting where the women were informed they would be required to share restroom facilities and they lost their **** over it.
The only thing I am sure of is that this is a very big issue that society will be addressing over the next 10 years as more and more people begin to play switcharoo.
