We have to be worst in the nation at banked-in 3 point defense.
I kind of think the Vandy guy might have been going for a bank shot; not sure if it was the same guy but they almost made a couple more banked threes.
Same thing in 2 of our 4 losses, the team that beat us banked in a three as well (Drake and Miss St). I didn’t see the Mizzou game and I don’t think Bama did.
It’s science though, if your opponent banks in a 3, you have a 50% or more chance of losing
Losing these relatively close road games like this, it **kinda** feels more and more like that season with Brandon Knight (2010-2011), what was it, we lost like 7 or 8 SEC games all on the road that year by like a combined 18, 19 points or some crazy thing like that ? Sure, we didn't lose any home games that season, but ....
Just having a creeping up feeling kinda season like that to me. I'd sure take that result right now for this year, as well as beating teams along the way to get there, wouldn't you ?

The gods of basketball are definitely smiling on the other team when this keeps happening. And it's not just this year but I've seen teams bank in I don't know how many 3's over the years against us. For every 3 that UK has banked in the other teams have banked in probably 10 against us.
Our talent is nowhere near the level of Brandon Knight team
