I expect two of Brooks, Henderson and Hull to get starter level minutes next season. They have length and athleticism matching what Dook is fielding this year.
with that said, Dook is adding some highly athletic freshmen plus a couple out for the year right now. barring some transfers I expect Dook to remain ahead of us in team athleticism
But as today showed, athleticism/length ain’t everything. Shooting, savvy and execution can matter more.
If Hull works on her handles, she's going to be a handful!
For some reason I feel like I read/saw she was training with the bigs as a 4/3 the first two years, whereas this year she's been with the guards... if that's the case, let's have her focus on guard training and see what she can do. She's got great length and a great shot. Her drive and float in today's game was a bit awkward... if we can focus on that kind of development, she could be really, really good.

We were really being give a few FTs in Cameron away from being co-champs in the regular season and with Duke and Louisville and earning the 1-seed in the ACCT over both. That Cameron crew was reprimanded behind the scenes. I do the the 2 or 3 has “easier” paths in the tournament for us as far as matchups. I think we matchup better with likely VT, uva/louisville better than state or nd
Hull and Brooks are both potential game changers in my mind.
Brooks can go off for a super hot streak at anytime.
Hull with her ability to make 3 to 5+ 3PT shots at a very high percentage is huge.
Both players are getting better and better at defense and ball handling.
We are in good shape at guard and wings.
We need Taliyah to bring her athleticism and take over the Nivar role.
We need Toomey to get stronger and able to play longer.
We need either Blanca to get in great great shape or Bofia to be ready.
