At least they were smart enough to renegotiate a contract to cut Frost pay,That's easy. Frost. Because Nebraska cares about their football.
$20 million......us being "dumb" isn't the reason we aren't pulling the trigger.Buyout on Frost drops 50% after October 1st, so Nebraska is merely waiting three weeks. Our guy needs to be gone, but we’re too dumb
Yeah ours is 20 million dollar buyout that pretty much guarantee he is here through 2025.Buyout on Frost drops 50% after October 1st, so Nebraska is merely waiting three weeks. Our guy needs to be gone, but we’re too dumb
Again, they CARE about trying to fix their problems. They told their coach what he MUST do or he was going to be fired. Now they will fire him in a few weeks and land someone we would NEVER even look at.At least they were smart enough to renegotiate a contract to cut Frost pay,
Shouldn’t matter, we owe him the money win or lose. But you’re right that too many teams can’t understand a sunk cost and ruin themselves further by not cutting baitYeah ours is 20 million dollar buyout that pretty much guarantee he is here through 2025.
Nebraska choices in coaches has been a failure the last 3 attempts.Again, they CARE about trying to fix their problems. They told their coach what he MUST do or he was going to be fired. Now they will fire him in a few weeks and land someone we would NEVER even look at.
Why did we extend him again?Yeah ours is 20 million dollar buyout that pretty much guarantee he is here through 2025.
He had a good agent that sold a bill of goods to lame Shane. Telling him Brown was leaving for Auburn or South Carolina and Clown Shane bought it.Why did we extend him again?
$20 million......us being "dumb" isn't the reason we aren't pulling the trigger.
It is about as bad as the Cleveland Browns giving DeShaun Watson 100mil guaranteed money. It was dumb to give just about any coach that sweet of a buyout clause, much less one with as weak a resume as Brown had after 2 seasons.
