We've heard the feedback, added it to the user request list. It's not the highest priority but it's on the list.

Hmm, no fault of yours but as slow as On3 IT is moving it doesn't look as if they're doing much to help you guys grow the site.

On the contrary, they are making additional engineering hires to help. Been pleased with how responsive they have been. Downvoting is just not a priority for them.
