Damian Harris even responded to Barker's tweet saying "I been tryna tell them bro!"
Barker even stated that he didn't actually decide until the night before his announcement.

And Marrow just said UK would finish up strong in recruiting. Because of the close relationship Harris has with Stoops and the bb and fb teams, I still feel fairly good about him choosing UK, experts be damned.
I still think he gave a verbal(silent) to Bama yesterday and somebody there released it to their media. Something got all these so called "experts" to change their votes. The leak was probably intentional on Bama's end.

Hmm, I think If Damien was going to choose Bama he would be a little more quite on social media. Right now he's kind of going back and forth with both fan bases. I don't think he would do that with BBN & the UK coaches if the choice was truly Bama. I'm saying UK.
Don't know about KSR, as I heard something about Matt jones saying he isn't even going bc he is convinced its bama! But you can bet on every other media outlet being there!
He didn't say "convinced" just that he wasn't sure and he felt if Damien picked Bama it would make it more difficult on the kid for them to be there airing it live.
Any chance KSR is perpetuating this by putting up a smoke screen also and WILL actually be there?

If that's the case then why have they made contact in the last 24-48 hours with another 4* RB in 2015 class.

I tried to go to the Bama Rivals football board from above but obviously it didn't work as there was no one on it and no threads about Harris. Anyone know how much talk about him over there, I would assume a lot less than on here, he is MUCH more imortant to our fans than he will ever be to Bama fans, to our program also.

Personally, with respect to where Harris is going, I have been all over the place the past couple of days. Yesterday morning I was thinking UK; last night not so much. Same thing today - AM it was Harris going to the bad guys, and now this afternoon I am thinking the good guys again. I know I am reading way too into everything, but I suppose that is what makes recruiting so interesting. Plus, like all of us, I have been a diehard UK football fan for 20+ years, so the thought of getting/not getting a 5-star the likes of Harris kicks the angst up a notch or two.
This. Say what you will about Matt. I know there are those that don't care for him, but he generally doesn't switch his opinion on a recruit at the last minute unless he has pretty solid info.
It's pretty obvious that Matt's "info" was that he contacted the school or HS coach about covering the event and wanted to be sure that Damien would choose UK before they decided to do it. Whoever he talked to said well don't come then and he's assuming that means he's going to Bama. Matt basically wanted the info early and whoever he talked to wouldn't tip their hand to him. Reading the tea leaves that's what some have come up with anyways. JRow hasn't come off of his prediction to UK so I won't either. People are freaking out over BS rumors and Alabama groupthink. I have a pretty good feeling that Matt will look like a fool tomorrow
