
<p><strong><a href="https://www.on3.com/rivals/bryson-howard-259054/">Bryson Howard</a></strong>, one of the top shooting guards in the 2026 class, is ready to announce his college decision. The 6-foot-4 senior out of Heritage High School (TX) will make his commitment on Tuesday, October 21st between his three finalists — <strong><a href="https://www.on3.com/teams/north-carolina-tar-heels/">North Carolina</a></strong>, <strong><a href="https://www.on3.com/sites/devils-illustrated/">Duke</a></strong>, and <strong><a href="https://www.on3.com/sites/kentucky-wildcats/">Kentucky</a></strong>. He has visited each of his top schools. </p>



<p>Howard, one of the summer’s biggest stock risers, is the No. 11 overall recruit in the 2026 class, per Rivals. Until May, he was completely unranked and didn’t have a single high major offer. </p>
