Did someone tell him it's safe to come out of the bunker? I feel like this has been the first time he has been seen in politics since leaving the WH

Yeah, Jeb will gain nothing from his presence in the stump rallies. Pretty much saying he is done....

I heard this am that W has an 84% approval rating in SC. Of course, this is the state which began the Civil War and refused for decades to take down their beloved racist flag. So, what do you expect, I guess.

Dub was liked down south. Although I saw Jeb is down to 4% nationally now so he's pretty much done.

It's looking more and more like the rank and file GOP voter is all in for Trump. I don't think he can beat Hillary. But I wonder if he does win the nomination, will that change the establishment of the GOP? I can't think of a single GOP national politician who has endorsed Trump. It's ironic that many of the bible thumpers are also all in for Trump. Here's a guy who is on wife #3 or 4, cusses like a sailor, has bragged about banging other men's wives, has previously been pro-choice and the thumpers love him. It's a bizarro world in today's GOP.

I'll take him over Cruz any day of the week though.

Jeb's Hail Mary. I'm sure if his father was in good health to campaign he would wheel him out too.

Jeb is done. He was doomed from the start. Some people just don't get that people want a big change. That goes for the Dems as well. I'll also stick with my prediction that Trump will beat Clinton, that is if Trump does not self destruct and does not get the nomination.

According to Real Clear Politics, it's Hillary 47% - Trump 42%

All three are awful choices. Horrible.

What a surprise. Just for laughs..... which Republican candidate in your opinion is not horrible? I think you might come up with one and I know who and why.

Why is Rubio so bad? I think he'd do well against Hillary.

He is the last person I would vote for, behind Trump. He's totally in bed with silicone valley, and entirely for unlimited H1B's. I think those are killing the middle class more than anything else right now, including Obamacare. Disney's ordeal is just the tip of the iceberg.

The office is not for learning on the job. My issue with him is experience. He really doesn't have any. We already saw how detrimental it can be to have someone with no experience leading to be put into that position with Obama.

At least that is my issue with him. Heads up against Hillary, yea he would probably do fine. I looking for someone who is a legitimate candidate that will improve our position, not just someone who can win.

Strictly from a business perspective, I'm open to Trump. He is a disaster everywhere else.

Bernie fiscal thoughts are just fantasy and aren't sustainable.

Hillary is a complete ***** for the vote and for money. She is a fraud at best masquerading as someone that can make a difference. She just wants to be the first, it's her sole motivation.

Cruz, I'm not a fan of.

Jeb is palatable to me. I don't think he can win just on name alone, but I could vote for him.

Kasich is the one person I hear most people on both sides being agreed on yet has the least steam because he isn't preaching hatred. The kook fringe is screwing up an opportunity to elect someone that can reverse our current trajectory.

So that leaves Trump who is a gimmick, Hillary who is a gimmick and will say anything to get elected, and Bernie who appeals to people who don't understand economics.

Kasich is the only palatable one for me from either side.

I would vote for him over Trump. I just don't see him getting the nomination unless there no clear winner before the convention. Would you go for a Trump/Kasich ticket over a Clinton/? one. Any idea who Hillary would pick for VP?

My top 5 candidates for Hillary's VP would be Bob Casey of PA, Sherrod Brown of Ohio, Mark Warner of VA, and Julian Castro of Texas. My 5th would be Joe manchin but he's an unlikely pick since he won't be able to deliver his home state, unfortunately. And WV isn't nearly as important as the other states which are often key to winning. Texas would be a huge steal for the Dems and is within reach-especially with a popular Hispanic like castro.

What's your take on the impact of her legal trouble?

Nothing to be concerned about. It's another Clinton witch hunt just like Whitewater, travelgate, Vince Fostergate, etc. She showed poor judgement in having a private server. But nobody has shown anything yet that anything that came across her private email was classified at the time that it was sent or received. There have been other officials in suimilar positions who've conducted business in a similar manner so it isn't like this is unprecedented. Times and technology changes and security is evolving. The Repubs will definitely hit her with it. But the public has had Clinton scandal fatigue. Chicken little effect.

She's going to be the nominee. How much it impacts her depends on DOJ. I have a feeling the FBI is going to publicize any recommendation of indictment. From what I've seen, she, and her two highest servants... errr, assistants, should in my opinion be indicted.

I just can't see how a president can do their job if they don't have security clearance.

That's quite a shock considering your prior predictions. FYI, this isn't a criminal investigation. It's a security referral. You wingnuts always assume the worst especially when it comes to the Clintons.

How is Hillary going to run while being locked up in a jail cell? Who in their right mind would vote for a liar, and criminal? The DNC is scrapping the bottom with this pair, a socialist which the DNC will not allow to win the nomination and a pathological liar. Are you kidding Trump can't beat. Keep believing it.

Trump would beat both of them. I don't think Hillary will be locked up in jail. The DNC is behind Clinton all the way and has been for the last 7 years.

Anyone that thinks there is a chance that Texas would go Democrat is completly delusional
