Any thoughts this early in the week. Hope for a good ball game. I believe Davie's offense will have to play a lot better then the West Rowan game.

I don't know much about either team, I feel like Davie has at least the ability to hang around in this one because they did so with page. Id like to see this Davie team come out with a win just not sure how realistic that possibility is.

Should be a great game. Davie seems to be much improved from last year. Brought a lot of eyes back onto the Davie County Program with the big win over Page in week 1. I'm excited to make the trip to Davie to see this one. I would love to know more about Davie Co. Team this year. I do know that Dave QB is a Playmaker, I remember him last year. What I can say about the panthers; They have been tough on both sides of the ball so far this season. QB Hooker has been nothing less than a STUD so far in his senior campaign. He has accounted for 9 td's in just 4 quarters of play so far and has plenty of weapons to get the ball to. Dudley Defense is strong once again and I know their starters haven't given up much at all so far this season. I believe 2 first downs so far. The lone score came against the back ups last night after the panthers were up 51-0. I'm eager to see the atmosphere of the game. I know it will be loud and a great game to be at. I believe Davie offense will be the first action that the Panthers secondary truly get some action coming their way. Dudley's back 7 are their strength on defense this year. ( 2 stud LBs @ 220 +, 2 corners headed to ECU & UNC respectively and FS with multiple offers). I'm truly looking forward to seeing the War Eagles and Panthers go at it!

I bet Davie gives Dudley a game. Both are looking pretty good this year. Heard Dudley is more loaded than last year.
Going with the D Boyz though.

CPC is much tougher top to bottom this year, or so it seems. WF and ND as everyone predicted, but MT, Davie and Parkland all seem to have improved a lot. Should be an exciting October!

Davie has a chance if they can keep that qb of theirs up right. He is just a notch below the kid from ND.

I think this is going to be a decent game but I just believe that it's gonna take a great team having a great night to beat Dudley!! They're just so big and fast!! If they stop your run game with their front seven and are allowed to keep those safeties deep in that cover two, you're in trouble.

yes they are but you beat them with misdirection plays, screens, draws and the occasional deep ball. defensively, make them throw it to beat you.

From what I've seen of him, watch out when the play breaks down. He's got some Houdini in him. He gets to scrambling, and makes things happen.

Elusive as all get out. I think its better to rush 3 and drop 8 but make sure those 3 or linebackers. they do a lot of empty and one back sets but yes the kid is a baller with a rifle.

Interesting game! I'm totally confused about Davie's up-surged with this fantastic QB. Much better than I thought, many thought.. Cudos! Go Ahead, Beat Dudley! But it will take a perfect game...Biggest, Proudest Representive of the CPC so far...

You are dreaming for sure. Hey it is ok to dream and hope for the best. Last time Dudley allowed more than 25 points was back in
2012. I saw Dudley defense last year and they were awesome. They lost two games and both game were in teens. 14-12 (Richmond on raining Monday) and 17-8 (CC in playoff). From what I hear, Dudley defense is faster than last year. Now it is true that they haven't play anyone on Davie's level or higher. They will down the road beside Davie.

I have seen Davie County this year and I believe that Dudley will do MUCH better job than Page. Page did some damage to your defense. That here lies the problem, DEFENSE for Davie. Their QB is really good and will do serious damage to your defense. Hey we never know until the game is played.

28 points against Dudley.......highly doubtful but that is the reason why we play games after all.

Only reason being is DC 2 and 0 with 2 impressive wins. Home game students back in school this week. I believe a large home crowd and a little luck flows thru DC this week.

If my baseball team weren't receiving their State Championship rings at halftime, I'd most likely find my way to Mocksville on Friday.

I'm hoping for a good game but I just can't see DC pulling this off. Hope I'm wrong though.
