I'm not sure if anyone on this board has/had any affiliation or knows someone at Duke Childrens Hospital but these guys are top notch. The staff, nurses, and Doctors are amazing! There's one reason we left that other hospital after our interactions with them. I'm glad to be connected to Duke besides being a fan. Please pass along many thanks if you know someone or thank you if you are one who works inside that amazing place!

I know a few people that have kids that go to Duke Children's Hospital and they all have seemed to like it from what I can tell. When I was little, Lenox Baker Children's Hospital was the children's hospital that was affiliated with Duke Hospital. I practically grew up at Leonx Baker Children's Hospital.

Although I haven't seen any of the world outside the bubble I live in, I consider Duke Children's Hospital and Duke Medical Center world class.
With all respect I'm giving a shout out to UNC's Hospital for Children. They are outstanding. The Ronald McDonald House is there also ans I believe it serves the parents of both the Duke and UNC hospitals families . I had the privilege along with DukeSky85 of doing service work at the Ronald McDonald House a couple of times in the early 2000's. If any of you get the opportunity to serve take advantage of it. I know a beautiful young lady and I mean beautiful who is now about 20 years old. She has had juvenile arthritis since she was born. Duke took care of her. She is small but could be a beauty queen. Her boyfriend is a star baseball player for NCSU. OFC
