On the day the portal closes with a "do not contact" tag.

Obvious tampering.

Duke says their contract grants them exclusive NIL rights which only they have the right to cancel. The contract has no buyout.

Miami is allegedly willing to pay $10 million in NIL for him.

This is what college sports has become.
Worse than professional free agency.
Hope the ''money makers'' are happy since they've ruined the sport.

The worst example so far of the current state of CFB. I do love the parody that has come about, but the cost is too high

Someone somewhere just has to decide if NIL agreements actually mean anything commitment wise for the player.

These situations should be open and shut cases. You sign an NIL agreement, you’re locked in. End of story.

Someone pointed out the irony of Miami, taking half of their CFP payout to steal a player from another ACC program.

If this is the case, that's insane. This is just not sustainable long term and this NIL needs to be capped in my opinion, the same with coaching salaries.

Everyone keeps saying what's going on CFB is unsustainable, but it keeps getting worse and worse.

The reason why I say this nil is not sustainable is because the money involved is most likely going to dry up.
