Yup! If we can play anywhere close to this level for the rest of the tourney we have a shot. An very long shot but not impossible, and someone has to win 5 in 5 at some.point, so why not Duke?

Well that was fun. We looked great. On to Louisville. If we can win tomorrow I'll begin to get excited. Steward and Williams were the stars today. Roach looked good. If we win tomm. this team can make a run. Nice bounce back. Goldwire looked good too. BC is bad though; Louisville is not. Still if we shoot like that we can beat a lot of teams.

Very proud....lots of Duke fans were ready to abandon this group after the finish to the regular season. Props to K, his staff and the team for coming ready to play in the opener.

Starts to very interesting if Duke can get by Louisville. I think Duke will finally find a way to slow Jones in this one. I like Duke's chances, but it won't be easy.
I don't want to dig too deep here, but I do like the path of BC, UL, FL State better than the higher seed path thru UNC. I don't think UL beats us three times, and FL State has been shaky at best recently. I know, one game at a time, but I think it gives us a better opportunity to string together 3 wins, play a good 4th game (win or lose) and get a last four in somewhere. Let's go Duke.
Our tournament has begun. Win or go home. I like that Coleman is getting more minutes. He brings a toughness even though he's still raw. Guards have to shoot well and Hurt must avoid foul trouble. Guards looked great yest. but Louisville guards are much more physical. I like our chances after yesterday; this one could go either way. If we play hard and smart (like don't fall behind double digits and then be shocked when our comeback fails) we have a great shot to advance. Personally I am glad we didn't roll over for BC. That would have been an ugly end to the season. There is no shame in losing today if we fall.
