Cant remember the last Duke team that COULD stop a PG driving to the basket...its insane how easy it is for them to drive past our perimeter

IMO from the 14 minute mark or so to the 4 or 5 minute mark we were. They at the very least significantly slowed the pace and got out of rhythm.
For crying out loud, I didn't see this becoming a stressful game at halftime. Borderline embarrassing
Hope we pull this out the next two on the road could be meltdown here it has potential to be ugly
Stopping penetration is probably the biggest issue of all with this team. I mean, we're not close to slowing it down even.
It's a good thing this game wasn't five minutes longer or we probably lose.

I disagree. I didn't think we did at all. We just went ice, ice cold.
We won't know anything about Amile..Duke medical report will be "Lower Leg Injury...out Indefinately and will be reevaluated"
First twenty minutes shows how good we can be..and the last twenty shows how bad we can be...
Like I've said a few times I didn't see the game so I can't say much other than we must have sucked at something in the second half. OFC
I just keep telling myself that we are 14-2 with all we have been through and 3 of our four freshmen are playing well. Grayson needs to be more selfish at times when we are struggling to score. If Amile is ok and we can just learn to play 60 minutes we will be in good shape come March. Lots of ifs but no more long breaks and we will be thrown in to the fire from here forward. We will have to respond. Let's do it fellas.

The bad? Bolden only showing glimpses of true effort and obviously Amile.
Not to pizz in anyone's Wheaties, but I'm very confident that Amile will be out for an extended period. It appears to be the same very spot of the foot he injured last year, and that surgical site is most likely the most prone to be injured. If he is out for the year, does Duke rotate Giles, Jeter, Bolden, and Vrank? I would let the 4 guards/Tatum drive, and let the bigs pound the boards....

Wasn't happy with the defense in down the stretch allowing BC back in it and going on a shooting slump didn't help either. Glad Duke got the win and hope Amile is ok!
Amile is the difference in our D...if he is out this team is in serious trouble...
With him...that doesn't happen second half..Communication...Lineups Changes and foul trouble all doesn't happen...

I try to be optimistic in most things, but without Amile, I agree. I see Duke losing by 12-15 without Amile.
