We just seem to be a streaky shooting team. We have to learn to attack the basket when shots aren't falling. Maybe run some pick n roll for Ipsychosis second half.
I think there's going to be a interesting Duke locker room at the half. We are playing like half the team has the flu. No energy. Great play by Cam there though. OFC
This is a historic cold spell for our shooters. We aren’t a great shooting team but this has been something else recently. Can’t have that PLUS give mild efforts.
BC is outworking us right now. I expect that to change in the second half, but no reason to overthink this. Hustle and drive the ball and this game will flip 180.

The ability may not improve at this point, but I think the selection will get better. They’re clearly in exploration mode right now. They haven’t even run a single Horns set. Second half will be better. I think they’re trying to work on the shooting thing right now. I’m not worried.
Size and athletism on our side....if you are BC you pray we shoot jump shots and 3's....well, we got suckered into that. Time to ban shooting 3's and attack relentlessly inside...
Very uninspiring half of basketball from our Blue Devils. Terrible defense, terrible shot selection, and terrible all around effort. Hope they fix all of those issues in the 2nd half.
On a positive note, Tre’s defense on Bowman has been incredible and has kept this game from being a 10-12 point deficit.
Pretty brutal first half. Offense was extremely inefficient. I expect the team to make a real effort to change that in the second half with RJ leading the charge.
The only thing I can think of this game plan that would almost make sense is that K feels confident that the second half will be better and he is using the first half of a game against a 2-6 team to build confidence in the shooters. Epic fail if that's the case.
Not too concerned about losing this game. But it's time to abandon what hasn't worked and go back to what was working, Zion. 8 points in 13 minutes is trash and something I didn't think was possible with this team.

i have zero concern right now about tbe final outcome, but man our 3 point shooting is frustrating as hell
I hope you’re right about the selection. It’s pretty tempting not to take wide open jumpers, though....for any player. And right now, defenses treat our shooters like they have the Norovirus and just let them chuck away. It’s the best plan to beat this team....almost hope we keep doing what we did that first half for an entire game.
Anyone that’s been to Cameron this year: is the environment like it used to be???

I truly think this team is better for the road when it’s an “us against the world” mentality. I saw it first hand at the Champions Classic.

It's not what it used to be. Too many distractions with a device in every hand. Back in the days when the crazies where at their best it was just the crazies and the game. Take a look at when the camera spans them. OFC

If challenged to shoot 3's and hit the rim to count and NOT score..you couldnt hit only 7%....by chance you would make at least 2 of 15!
Now this is more like it. Defense is tough, and we're taking it to the basket.
