We're a better shooting team so far this year. That's a good feeling.
Really liking what I see from Tre and Vernon.
I actually think this team bears a big resemblance to 2015 as far as makeup. I don't think this team is quite as talented, but the pieces look a lot alike.

Great booster for Tre, some players a bit absent in this game...we will need more consistency from the rest of the squad. Growing pains but a W is a W.
Very happy with this win. If we had shot the same percentage from the field as Georgia St. it would have been a blow out. Free throw shooting other than Tre was horrible. So was the team overall shooting really poor. If it had not been for Tre's great game and team defense I feel we would have lost even if it was Georgia State and the RR board would be blowing up. I'm sure this team practices free throw shooting. With that said they need to practice more. A lot more. Every player should take it upon themselves to work on their free throw shooting by putting in some time in the gym other than scheduled practices. I've had my rant. All of you know how I feel about free throw shooting. If we keep up the poor free throw shooting we will lose some games just because of that. Next game. OFC

Not pretty, but this may be more of what we see. Tre is good and was great tonight. We can’t afford Vernon to get in foul trouble, cause we don’t know which Javin will show up. Do we get the one that is serviceable or the one who looks as bad as he did tonight?

I couldn't watch live, and I didn't know I needed to DVR every channel ESPN offers in case a volleyball game with 7 people in the stands goes long. As a result, no first half for me.
This looked to me like what I'm sure people perceive as the way to attack Duke: try to spread and dribble drive that pressure man, and make Duke hit jump shots. It is good that Duke sees that, as there will be teams down the road who do it with better personnel.

I love that you can expect to see Cassius flying through the lane trying to get rebounds. The guards really get after the boards.
Congrats to the Wolfpack volleyball team on their huge win vs. Miami. The well timed TO by the Wolfpack coach proved to be the momentum changer. #3 Melissa Evans is a real eye catcher.
Now on to the second half of the Duke game. I'm not sure K knows who to start yet. Alex O. looks on the brink of being a huge contributor one game to disappearing the next. Same with Moore. I think Wendell will be fine though. Jack is not scoring but he's doing everything else well. We really need a fourth guy behind Jones, Carey and Stanley to become a reliable scorer when one of those guys isn't doing so hot. Glad to see Joey hit some big shots when we started to pull away.

That’s just staggering
I bet Javin is frustrated with Javin. It’s year 4 and he still can’t control his body very well. It’s a shame such a freak athlete with a great work ethic can’t make easy layups or free throws. He still runs over people regularly and swats wildly. He was a decent shooter in high school too. He reeally gums up our offense, but its hard to keep him on the bench.
Really big night for women's volleyball. Great exposure and something that the fans of the ACC need to see. Seriously,though, why didn't it get switched to ESPNNews? Does the ACC not realize that without basketball and football that it's a worthless channel?
