Just from watching the first half I can already tell that Frank is going to be one of if not my favorite player by the end of the season.

Wish I had the patience and humor to be looking at haircuts tonight. Just not a good effort!!!! I wanna see a captain fire the F up and get emotional. Just a soft showing tonight.....
Really disappointed in the emotion and fire in the leaders tonight..... Grand Fing Canyon coming in and showing ya up at times on your court!!!! Not a killer instinct that a #1 team needs to have
Y'all need to relax. We will see a much more passionate and better team on Tuesday. Heck, must on here were predicting a 30 plus blowout. Think what's going through an 18-22 yr old's head. Unfortunately most teams play up to their opponent especially on back to back nights. We played sloppy and still will win by 30 or more. Chill.
Played small to matchup with Grand Canyon. No issues with that. There will be some nights we need Vrank and Javin and some we won't. This was definitely a test to see how the main guys will handle using their minutes because those 6 will be our team for most of this season.
I know the energy was down, but playing back to back nights is tough on these guys. We'll see a more passionate team on Tuesday. It's still going to be tough. Kansas has a lot of length that will bother our shooters.

Damn thought it would have been more based on the majority of posts tonight, in what is the second game of the season. How are Giles, Tatum, and Bolden looking at least?

I don't care for the two games in a row so they are tired stuff either. The season literally just started, the guys should be fresh as Daisy's.
Amile is gonna be so so pivotal to this season, great to see him back and playing in a Duke uniform. Wish we had 4 more years of this guy.

I don't have enough time to break down some obvious stuff.... I'm just gonna say a few of you that jumped on the substance less bandwagon are better then that!!!! If your an avg fan that thinks score tells all? Well then yes..... Hell of night. I know your not tho

Kept up with the game on play by play due to blackout in my area. Shaky start in the beginning had me a little nervous. That Kansas game is going to be nerve racking.
If K is overwhelmingly happy with tonight in his presser I'll admit to being overly negative. I think wasn't overly impressed either.
I'm not worried under the circumstances: not only the back to back, but the team they spent the entire preseason preparing to be is now out the window. Grayson looked like the preseason POY, and Jackson was great.
The KU game is intriguing. I'm looking forward to seeing Allen/Kennard/Jackson/Jones against that terrific KU backcourt. It would obviously be nice to have all the bodies, but that just isn't going to happen.

Masons penetration is gonna be a real issue, especially the way the refs like to call these early games. I'm guessing we will need to zone some. He's tough to stop with a head of steam. K has done a great job lately of 3/4 court press/trap to get the ball out of the primary guards hand. Should be fun, we have enough to win but need to stroke the 3 ball and freebie!!!! Just glad big time hoops is back !!!!!!!

In a way we will always have 4 more years of Amile because it seems like we have a player that stays for four years and may not contribute much as a freshman or soph but by the time they a juniors things start to click. Lance Thomas, Ryan Kelly and Capt. Marshall Plumlee come to mind. Could Chase be the next. We shall see. OFC

I'm not being negative, Kansas's talent is much like Dukes is now without the three frosh for Duke. I do think we see more of big V and Javin and Jeter will get in some early foul trouble with the Jiters trying to show how much he belongs. It's still a learning process for him.
