This was a team win. Great defense, but big plays at opportune times on offense by multiple players.

What a great night. Duke wins, ky got great news on Cade lol.
I'd love to see us consistently at the top in D efficiwncy and slowly creep up on offense as the season goes on for once instead of the opposite

I know it is crazy early to talk about this, but Kansas is going to have a good year and this is a win that is going to look good when resumes are evaluated. It is nice to have a marquee win before the season is 3 hours old.

This was promising and they showed some heart. But they are young and they will have those games where we all go WTF!! Hey just enjoy the ride.

If UK loses this will be a superb night. UK loses on Cade, we beat KU and then UK loses. Gosh i love just thinking about it.

Having the GOAT roaming the sideline, players with heart and belief in each other, dogs on defense that just comes in waves, give me Duke all day. Boys played with heart and teamwork. I'm freaking pumped for what I saw. Here Comes Duke!!!!!
The only thing better than college basketball finally starting is starting it off with a win vs a top 5 team.

I'll take this one happily. Great defense and great CRUNCH time free throw shooting from Jones. Good win against one of the best teams in the country. All the announcers and a lot of the members of this board called KU K-ville and I picked Duke by two 70-68. The vet players came up big with Jack hitting a big 3, getting a couple of key steals, Jones with his D and steals plus hitting those free throws. Stanley coming up big.Our freshman are going to be just fine. Give them a few games under their belt and we can beat anyone. OFC

This D reminds me of my 1994 Jeep Grand Cherokee beater....it’s not pretty but it’s efficient and delivers when it counts.
Like this team. Yeah, a little raw on offense. But man, they played hard. Jack and Cassius were great sparks.

There’s going to be some major growing pains at times this season. I just hope most of you hang in there.
It depends on how valuable their time is.
Hard to pick a player who should get the game ball. We didn’t have that one guy who just went off. Scoring was coming from a bunch of different guys. We had 5 guys who scored from 9-15 points. Nice to see some distribution of points.
Good win fellas. Wasnt buying the KU hype at all. People must have forgot Bill Self is still coaching them
Heck yeah, lumps are coming DJ, but I'm going to enjoy this one. This has to help our team's psyche.

It must really suck to hate Duke and root against us. We don’t lose very often. It sure is great being a Devil.

I can tell one thing after game 1 is that this team is mentally tough....could have folded down 9 in 2nd half but didn't
