Have to clean up on the turnovers.We’ve shown the ability to pull away, just got to fight and be smarter with the ball.
Zion played his worst half of basketball this season. He's going to regroup and take over the second half.
That second foul on Zion was huge for momentum. It took our aggressiveness away and it gave them a mental boost seeing him come off the floor. They capitalized on that momentum the entire 5 minutes.
the TO's are just gifts...not even from good defense...they just mentally didnt have the killer instinct. Second half knowing they could be going home should make them focus again

The NBA eliminated the hand check by calling fouls every time and now they score in the 120s.
The NCAA might want to consider calling that a foul. Apparently, with how MSU is playing, they allow a double hand check by the on the ball defender.

I wish we had offensive plays designed to free up Zion. Low block screens, something. We’re better than this team, we should be fine.
MSU is a good team, but I'm looking at this game and not a bit nervous because I don't think we can play any worse in a sence. K will show them some small things to correct and they come out and do what they do. Just need to stay focused. This is not suppose to be easy, and it won't. Ky losing to a team they beat twice and by 30, and without their best player. No gimmies and they will fight.

We are only down four is the good news..we could of easily been up 8-12 though..Zion didn’t get his third so that was a big deal..

The second foul on Zion was the turning point. That swung it back MSUs way. We played very passive the last four minutes.
