No, but the officials have still sucked and it doesn't help. If you're trying to drive more instead of shooting threes, but they can get away with more contact than they should, it doesn't help. Or if you get called for a BS over the back on a good tip in... It affects you mentally.
I guess when you dont know jack about basketball you always scream switch to a zone. We just can't make shots, which leads to run outs.
we can blame this on Zion's injury but its deeper than that. Shooting and defense is no where. Are we really a one man team?

The inside game for and rebounding they are putting on us is not like this...
On offense we have no inside presence....no rebounding....no pressure release....everything is clogged up...all these guys will have is jump shots...
Carolina isn’t this much better than us but the circumstance changed absolutely everything and we have no answer or adjustment for it....I’m not sure there is an answer on this team....it’s just a crappy circumstance and just have to hope Zion can come back later....

Would be nice if we landed some mid-level recruits who actually developed into significant, starting calibre players who can go 25 minutes and make big contributions if necessary - the way so many mid-major kids do (even UNC players often do). Most of the time there's minimal development - and they basically stay the same. White has come on better but he's still not skilled offensively unless he shoots 3s well and he's not.
we have to get pts from Tre at PG....drives or pull up jumpers....0-7 isnt good enough. His brother would sense this and take over.
How can Luke continuously lower his shoulder and throw his full body weight onto a defender and not get called for it? I coach high school wrestling, and I'm honestly impressed by his low stance and force.
