That's all true except for the part where its just not
Without Zion our interior defense and rebounding is terribly slow. Jack White just can’t keep up in this one. Bolden not helping tonight either. There is a gaping 280 lb. hole in our lineup. We are a different team without Zanos. We’ll need to gameplan much differently without him.

I’ve never heard of a charging call on a hop-step after the hop. Forward momentum is virtually stopped after the hop.

This paint issue isn't unique to tonight, it's been a problem all year, but never had a team as good a exploiting that as these guys.
They have looked a bit shocked at times, but I don't think it's really that. Reddish and Barrett are playing really hard. Reddish is scoring well. Tre is still getting steals and playing super hard. White is hustling. So is O'Connell. They are competing. The problem is there is no inside defensive presence. Bolden is getting killed on the inside. Playing with zero confidence or poise. And, DeLaurier is not playing like a veteran. And UNC is driving b/c there's no one that bothers them inside. They are just spreading us out defensively.
And, no one on Duke can shoot the 3 right now except Reddish, just a bit.

We have great defense....but to underestimate what missing a guy will do to who is covering who....who is in rotations....etc is really just not understanding.....
Losing Tre or Zion hurts really bad....it’s not like we lost Marquis.....or Jack White...etc....we could overcome that......we are losing great great athletes and players....

I was thinking the same thing. I’ve never seen a player go from being so valuable to a complete non-factor in such a short period of time. He really hasn’t given us anything since the turn of the year. Nothing.
I'm surprised the elbow to Javin's face wasn't called a charge on Duke.

You apparently didn't read the article. It would help if you did that before commenting. He doesn't say he "knows" or has any information or basing it on any tests - he's basing it on the movement on the injury; the nature of the injury (apparently he's done that in football and can generally get it right based on what he sees the leg do). He based it on the replay so, yeah, the replay is out there that quickly.
Depends on the injury, and MRI is the key. If it’s a grade 3 or worse, he won’t be back IMO. Grade 2? A chance he’s back.
