Those last few minutes of the half were big. There was a real opportunity for us to get rid of that deficit heading into the half, but instead their reserves helped stretch it out.

Carolina is doing nothing fancy or complicated. They are running a lot of basic screens. And we are completely lost.

Not a good finish to the half at all. Hopefully coach can use this half as a teaching opportunity. This rivalry is a different beast.. records don’t matter.. heart and execution does. We have the ability to still come back and win this game.

Damn just checked the score, down by 9. Going to head over to Calabash to eat some seafood. Praying for an inspired second half resulting in a W.

Announcers thought for sure we'd close the gap with that UNC unit on the floor last two minutes and they extend the lead. LOL

I never understand the lineups. Where is Hurt? Is O’Connell out? We have too many offensive liabilities out there. No one guards Moore, goldwire, jack or javin. They either can’t or won’t shoot

That missed dunk by Baker was a huge momentum killer. We’ll get after it in the second half. Anyone who thought we’d run away with this one hasn’t watched enough Duke UNC games.

We played well for like 4 minutes that half. If they don’t figure out how to play defense this is not going to end well. The offense should take care of itself. .....hopefully.

I'm sorry but Jones is far from a Lockdown Defender like most think he is he is just getting abused by Anthony right now

  • we are still searching for a consistent 2nd and 3rd scorer. Outside of Carey its low scoring from the rest. Defense is just a mess. Key bucket to tie and we didnt run anything and then the UNC bench destroyed us in 3 possessions!

This is a serious question ..

How does a really good defense get worse throughout the season? I don’t understand how we went from such an amazing defense to teams just blowing last us..
