They looked like **** right? They still ended up winning and it wasn't close. Great teams have bad stretches, it happens man. Just got to remember just how ******* great this team really is. They've stepped up to every challenge they've faced thus far, most of the time without a full deck of cards to play with. No reason to doubt them now. They're a special team, just gotta trust them. They haven't really let us down yet.

I agree with the going into hiding but some games are cause for concern. First half was one of them. We looked great in the second but if they wanna whine about us looking bad (we did) let em. And your entire first thread is just foolish nobody should touch that crap

Our biggest was only 31. Wtf were they doing out there?!?! I think we should bench Tre, RJ, Cam and Zion. Their hearts aren't at Duke, they're in the NBA.
This may be really weird but I am concerned about Coach K. I watched the post game press conference and he does not sound good at all.

Zion, Barrett and Reddish aren’t lottery picks for nothing. Yes I’m the second half Duke played like they should have. There is a reason why annylist and college basketball specialist alike were skeptic about picking Duke to win it all. It showed tonight. NDST had no business being with in four or out rebounding Duke at the half. Yes Duke is young but they also have the three best NBA prospects and possibly the best on ball defender in the country starting yet still managed to get out played imo in the first half against a by far inferior opponent.

They are ******* freshman playing in their first ever tourney game. Calm the hell down dude. Those young dudes pour their heart, sweat and tears into this team, show them some ******* respect. It's fine to be upset with how they played for 1 half but they more than corrected it in the second.
Happy, happy happy. The Duke locker room at halftime must have been interesting. Would have loved to been in there. No one can stop Zion but Zion and Zion is not willing to do that. He is special. That steal and then behind the back, almost falling down and finish was one of the best moves I've ever seen a basketball player do. Charles Barkley said something similar. He motivates his team mates with his enthusiasm and and hustle. He walks the walk without the talk. We as Duke fans are seeing a special young man in many ways. Give us 5 more games Zion. To the few still focusing on the slow first half... please take a look at the unc game. It happens... Virginia was down 12 to a 16 seed. Teams have to find their flow no matter what seed they are playing.

I’m actually fine with complaining when we play bad. I mean we looked pretty damn bad that first half and if you can’t conplain amongst Duke fans, who can you complain to? Once again those freshman are lottery picks playing for K an entire season who looked like they were playing their first game. If you think NDST had any business out rebounding Duke in the first half or being with in four only two things happened. The players underestimated their opponents ( which with K at the helm I doubt they weren’t prepared) and they are lottery pics. This isn’t like they were ready for every team’s best punch.i hope this was a wake up call because if not some teams are gonna let up on Duke because Zion is on the court. It took a wake up call at the half to adjust . NDST had no reason for ever going up on Duke.
