Matt plays great in some games and terrible in others
Just have to live with which game you get with him
This is a strange game to me. It's like 2 cars racing in the mud. OFC
Duke's D is really good today. But, the offense is really lacking two things and Pitt's length is playing into that perfectly - making it tough for points:
1) The first is one everyone and their dog has mentioned, Duke has no point guard presence on the court.
2) We have no genuine inside presence. Amile is scoring well when we penetrate and dish but we don't have a post presence and that allows Pitt (and will allow other defenses with length and quickness) to pressure our outside shooting without giving up much. Could really use a Bolden with a better developed game. Starting to wonder if he's hurt? Zero minutes this game.

Love the recognition they just gave Dick Groat. What a great Duke player and athlete. We should be proud even though he's the Pitt announcer. Great class. OFC
There is no doubt the stupid ***** on THR will talk it up and it will probably be shown on ESPN 30 times.
Jayson has made some terrible plays on D today but he has also made some huge plays on D also
Hopefully he is getting it now on the D end of the floor

Its so much more fun and less strain on my 66 year old heart when the boys make their shots. Maybe if our players knew the stress they were causing me sometimes they would be more thoughtful.
