We had 12 first half turnovers. Our defense held Syracuse to 28 points, and if not for a late flurry of three’s it would have been less.
I agree. We need to make more outside shots. But that’s not why this is a six-point game. It’s close because we didn’t value possessions. At all.

Man Tre and Cams O is just brutal!! Oddly enough their D is great which is rarely mentioned. They’ve gotta get better- but at this point we are who we are

Dude legit stuck out his foot on Zion. Tripped him up pretty good, could have been catastrophic, obviously. Eff him.
Tre should just shoot two 3's and if he misses he shouldn't be allowed to shoot another one.
Syracuse players have had several intentional and flagrant fouls on Zion. It's obvious.

I said something similar to a friend of mine in regards to parking tickets. Turns out, they actually CAN give us all parking tickets, and they did.
As K says, everyone runs their own race. Way too early to draw definitive conclusions. He’s only 30 games out of high school.
Parking tickets come from the government. The government can’t legally refuse US tender to pay off fines. Pay all your parking tickets in pennies. I’ve done something similar in college.

It was dirty when Grayson did it and he needed to be ejected and so should Frank Howard.
And there have been several other intentional and potentially damaging fouls by 'Cuse.
And K needs to be all over the officials and protect his player. He needs to see that and go nuts. And send a warning to the officials for the next game as well.

He is getting lots of steals and has hit some clutch shots. Also he is super durable and well conditioned.
I kind of thought Cam would have caught up to UNC’s Cam by now. It’s not even close IMO. We need a Justise-like rise from Cam very soon to reach our ceiling. I know Reddish has it in him. Dribbling directly into defenders is easy to fix. He just needs to stop overthinking every move.
When Cam takes the time to get his feet set, he is s good shooter. But when he doesn't he shoots brick. I think he just seems to be rushing everything right now. He needs to settle down and I believe that would cure a lot of his problems!!!

At least one poster has. The question is if he's overrated. If a kid can take over games against that type of competition as a freshman at the college level, then he's not overrated in my opinion.
Would I like him to be more consistent? Sure. But who in that class right now would you rank ahead of him besides RJ or Zion?

Reddish is playing passive. He's not close to a top 5 pick for the NBA draft (he may be, but not in some deserving way; he's probably 15-20 in reality).
