Whether it's a private message or here, I'd genuinely like to hear yours or any concerns.

I'd say most people are still concerned about the lack of a point guard. I actual did not like seeing the bigs get looked away tonight, though I guarantee it was in the game plan. I have no gripes with the defense at the moment, and the rotation feels right.

What about you guys? You can't win a championship if you rest on your laurels. Where do the improvements still lie?

I think down the stretch some of the other guys have to get a few minutes to rest the others. Vrank coming in will give size down low. Not sure what the deal with Bolden is. Crazie4life and I were talking last night but he seemed to have positive minutes but wsnthen benched. Giles has to get a tad better and the defense as a whole needs to rub some of the sleep from their eyes. If we continue to play like we have, screw the PG role. We're winning and K seems to have it figured out. Let's see how we do these last few games and then evaluate tourney time.

I smell a troll...

I'm not a troll. Anybody can see that Amile is not 100% so it does make sense to cut back on some of his minutes . Especially since bolden are giles are becoming solid for us. It's going to make us even better

Went over to the UK board to see what they were saying (for entertainment purposes as usual). Of course they had a Duke-UVA thread and as it became more apparent that Duke may win they would say things such as how "terrible" both teams were and that what a joke it was that Tatum was so hot because he was only .317 from three before last night and that Duke will never get that kind of "luck" from him again. All sorts of criticism about how "bad" Duke is and garbage like that. So yep, they are awful SCARED/paranoid about Duke again. Either that or their blowout win over mighty UT the other night (another SEC nobody) has them all cocky again. Their fear is quite obvious, however...

P.S. And you know the UK fans err extra salty because they were counting on Duke losing last night. Ha haaa. I was either at RR or Holes radar but I believe it was RR, a few days ago, after Duke beat Clemson and you could tell they were ticked that Duke escaped with the 2 point win. One of the clowns said something to the effect of "Well, at least we get to see Virginia kick their asses this Wednesday." Ha haaa, think again, junior. Must have them extra fuming. Lol.

Amile. He's significantly important to this team and come heck or high water he's gonna play a lot. But he is clearly not right. He has not rebounded worth a spit recently, especially down the stretch in the second half and if we are going Jay at stretch 4 that's not good. He hasn't given us that nice scoring he gave us earlier also. We already have a great glue guy who doesn't give stats who plays a lot, who we do need, but two is pushing it.

I know he's really trying and I love him, he fight like heck against Meeks. But he clearly looks like he's struggling and I don't know that it will get better if he's hurt.

Amile is a concern, but I feel we might be overstating it a bit much. You have to remember Amile was doing the bulk of his scoring at a time when this team hadn't really found their identity yet.

On the injury front, I get it. But you know what? He's not going to be 100% the rest of the season. If both Giles and Bolden can continue making strides we'll be alright. Like Matt and Jayson earlier in the year, Amile is fighting but struggling at the same time.

Not necessarily a concern, but I am curious as to why we haven't seen the Allen, Kennard,Tatum, Jefferson, Giles lineup since the GA Tech game when they won by 53. Maybe that lineup did not play together for as long as I want to believe. I appreciate what Matt does, but would like to seem him get some rest before March.

Amile has been tasked with carrying the 5 position the entire year while the frosh played catchup. I have been quite impressed with how Giles has been progressing and I think the workload will start to even out. The lessening of the burden on Amile should help out tremendously.

I am going to be very disappointed if Bolden leaves after this year. I will wish him the best and I think he'll be successful whether he leaves now or a year from now but selfishly want to see him back next year so that he can show us fans what he is capable of. I can see it in spurts right now, his feet are quick and his defensive instincts are kicking in. His offense is a year away and I think with extended minutes, which would be afforded to him next year he could be a beast for us. If he leaves after this year I doubt he will be a lottery pick but some team is going to get a steal later in the first round

I think Tatum will get back to attacking the basket. I think UVA is a tough team to do that against.

It is easy to gloss over as he is the GOAT but K coached a helluva game last night. The halftime adjustments put us in great positions to score in the second half. We dragged their hedge out beyond the 3 point line and slipped the screener to the hoop. The play to Grayson out of the timeout and the half court press to reduce the amount of time we had to guard them in the half court. Tip your cap to the greatest.

The team just needs Amile to be solid, not spectacular. I agree that the team is different now. Basically for Duke to keep rolling, we need him to rebound, and score a few points. With the talent on this team, he probably won't average a double double.

Collins is great, It was so nice to hear straight basketball talk.

Amile will be fine & rise up like 2015 vs Utah & Wiscy. People forget how big he came up in those games.

We also moved after a steady drop in both our offensive efficiency numbers and our defensive efficiency numbers.

Currently watching the game again... gosh matt jones is ramping up his defense right now. It's starting to look like NC game matt jones defense and I had wrote off seeing that again. He's playing really high level defense right now. It's so fun to watch.

Yes he is. He is making a lot of winning plays all over the floor, many of which don't show up in the box score.

Our defense was amazing last night, especially Matt doing all the little things. Such a gritty, ugly game and we embraced it and fought hard thru the whole game.

By they way, I thought it was great that at halftime Greenburg was practically screaming that the 1-2-2 pressure was actually hurting Duke on the defensive end because it was causing longer possessions.

Then you cut to Bilas and Collins who both praised the use of the 1-2-2 pressure as the reason Duke was having success.

That made me smile.

Matt struggles against shorter quicker guards, but can guard the crap out of anyone else. To be fair some of the guards like Frank mason and Dennis smith shouldn't be matched up with Matt to begin with but he's so much our best on ball defender he gets those matchups regardless of whether they are 1s 2s or 3s. His hands are phenomenal his feet are quick enough and his instincts are superb. He has given Blossomgame and Perrantes fits the last couple of games and I'm sure he will give many future opponents the same struggles.

I am still puzzled by Bolden. He played well in a brief stint, then gets benched the remainder of the game. Kinda weird to me, even considering that K loves to shorten his bench in crunch time....

Matt is very solid defensively. Anybody will struggle with a guard like Dennis Smith. Saying Dennis Smith or Frank Mason got the better of you isn't a terrible thing.

An excellent gutsy win in a tough environment. This was a confidence builder to beat a team like Virginia at their type of game. They are on the right track.

Loving when we use the 1-2-2 the guys really seem to do well with it.

Not sure why Bolden got no second half burn at all. We really need to run some offense through him and Harry if we want NC hopes, not a lot but some will do. As Collins said last night, we need to let the big guys get some touches in the paint, it will do nothing but help our offense. Our last two titles we fed the post and helped our offense to be more rounded.

Yeah, he gave us great minutes and probably could have scored some if our guys were even looking at feeding the post. Seems once Jefferson exits the game, the team relegates the big men to just screening and rebounding. For better or for worse.

Both Bolden and Giles were open after screening and during some of the drives. That is probably one thing we could get better at...teams seem to get those easy dishes on us way too often for us not to ever get them..

Heard he was upset for getting his ankle rolled again at end of half that on way to locker room he put Coach Bennett in the Full Nelson Chicken Wing and made him appologize

After Grayson drove in to the lane, he drove, was fouled then shot and missed and after I heard someone say something like " Call the foul G**D*** it". Anyone else hear that?. Thought it could have been Grayson as he was running back downcourt. It sure was somebody on the court or courtside though.
