If people don't think we have a better flow and continuity without Tatum on the floor you are dead wrong.
I am going to say it now. We are a better team without Tatum. No doubt about it. Would we be less talented? Yes. But we are a better team without him.
I was thinking Luke's long 2 and four missed FT's would come back to bite us. So proud of him and the team for fighting through SO MUCH adversity!

After the verbal attacks from the WF players and commentators at Grayson Allen I could not be more happy over a win.
Yea as hard as this would've been to imagine at the beginning of the year this team is just flat out better without Tatum on the floor.
I hate to admit it, but I actually agree as of right now. He's a black hole on offense and doesn't play defense. It's all the more frustrating when he could clearly be an amazing player.
They are still mad they didn't get Giles! I think they might have been booing him for a little bit during the game.
Grayson shot it better today, but I think he came into this game 1-of-12 from 3 in his last two games IIRC. Grayson, historically, has had HUGE games against Wake. We'll see if it travels to South Bend on Monday.

I know it's easy to dump on Tatum, but he was called for like 2-3 fouls that were not fouls or very questionable. He was not in rhythm and it affected his defense. I'm not giving up on the kid and I'm not giving up on this team.
Luckily, we have the offensive depth to overcome fouls on the road unlike last year.

Kudos to Capel on drawing up that final play. Kennard came off 2 double screens and got a great look. I also thought the zone press helped a little.
