I’m just glad we’re playing again.

Tonight’s game is slated for a 7pm est tip and will air on ESPN2. Duke currently sits at -19 according to ESPN. I’m not sure I like Duke to cover that considering Wofford has played three games since our last tilt including a beat down of the Tar Hole in Cheater Hill.

I'm worried about some rust, but I still think we get it done. Wofford is going to shoot 3 after 3 so we have to be ready for that. Play good defense, and get some of those missed 3's going back the other way for some easy points.

We might be a little sloppy to start from the lay off, but if we keep them from going off from 3 point land I think we win by double didgits. GO DUKE!!!!

Well I’m glad the game is at 7... being sick sucks so I’m hoping I can stay awake-

will look a little rusty.. people will panic (guilty over here) and then duke pulls away in the 2nd half.

We traditionally come out and play very sluggish in the game right before Christmas. The best thing they do is shoot 3's and the best thing we do is defend 3's. That helps.
Ugly early and then we pull away late.

I’ll be there with my dad. His first game at Cameron. Caveat- Hes been to one Duke game ever. It was the game we lost as a 2 seed to a 15 seed. So................I apologize ahead of time. But Duke wins.

If we pound it inside we will be fine, worried we get 3 happy but hopefully not. NOT losing to Wofford after the cheaters lost to them should be a major motivation for the team even if we have some rust from the layoff.

Tre being out is going to be felt in both sides, but primarily on D. This isn’t ideal. We still defend the three well, but I have a feeling we’re going to have to do the small ball stuff again.

Watch Alex win player of the game in the gameball poll though.

"D" will suffer w/out Tre, young team and long break not a good combo, but if we can limit their 3's and pound the paint, Duke will win.

I didn't think we'd cover the 19 points before the news about Tre, so I definitely don't think we will now.

My biggest worry is being very sluggish coming off the 13-day break. Couple that with Wofford coming off a win against the Heels and we could be looking at a tight game....similar to when we were just unable to shake off Winthrop after the SFA loss.

We're still going to win, but I'll say 81-71.

Some combination of players will step up tonight and I'm sure K will have them extremely focused especially after watching them dismantle that arrangement of buildings up the road. I think it's a good chance they may cover and come out straight balling. I could be wrong, but going with my gut feeling lol.
Duke has the horses to match up with any lineup they throw out. I saw this on another board and thought it was pretty interesting since they have had a long layoff since the last Va Tech game. Duke started out slow for some games and then took over.
