I may take you up on that. I have never swung a golf club lol. I just brought me a new 12 Guage shotgun this past Thursday. Waiting for it to come in Monday. Maybe I'll come and teach you how to shoot lol.

I have a gun or two laying around!! Come on up!! Then we’ll go hang out at the house boat and make some catfish have a bad day!!

Sounds good except I'm allergic to fish or any seafood, and you already know I don't get in water past my waist lol. If you didn't, you do now lol.
I’m the same. In general, if I’m in a boat it’s due to liquid courage. I don’t even like flying over the ocean. If it’s going down, I’d rather the plane hit a mountain than the ocean.

Your welcome to celebrate the man, I'm welcome to say I don't care about him. Have a good evening and sincerely, thank you for your service.
Sounds like somebody is playing the free speech card wrong, acting as if the right to say something means immunity from criticism.

Sure would be hypocritical to think it's cool to diss someone else, but not to be dissed yourself.

Maybe not but the player could stop it quick...I just think it's lame as hell...but just my opinion
The player could stop it about as easily as they could stop giving autographs. If the worst someone could insinuate about going through w/ it is that they're attention-whoring, I'd say that pales compared to what almost everyone else would say about their refusal to go along w/ it.

Tim Duncan didn't do that garbage...class act all the way

Announce it after season instead of before....doing it before is exactly that...attention whoring IMO

Anecdotal crap. Duncan did it his way and I loved it. He's one guy. It was one way. You're getting all worked up and pouty that a demonstrably awesome human being dares do it any differently.

Not worked up at all...just stayed my opinion that he wants the attention and you don't agree with me...I don't care because everyone has an opinion

I actually like the farewell tours. I like the things teams and players do for one another purely out of respect. To say this is for attention seems off to me. Looked fun as hell and like an awesome way to go out.

Agreed. I think it says a lot about you both as a person and a player to be deserving of such an honor. And that’s not to say Duncan wasn’t, because he certainly was.
