I just know him as as the Pastor from Four Christmases.

We love Dwight. We saw him at The Amp at Logstill July 2023 and it was a heck of a show. Still had his signature moves.

I need a Chicken Champ tee shirt. I've seen some that say "I play cards with JD Shellnut". Oh Doyle Hargreaves. Dwight played a good part in that movie.

It's better than 99% of the new stuff that floods the country genre.

Some of the older artists still have it. Lucinda Williams' album Rock N Roll Heart has some great stuff on it. And she wrote and recorded it after suffering a stroke. Saw her at the Kentucky Theatre this summer, and although she can pretty much only stand and sing (no guitar playing), she was in fine form.

The Lucinda/Springsteen duet “Rock and Roll Heart” should be banned…terrible song!
