A famous hot dog restaurant in Chicago for some reason stated weeks ago that they'd give out free hot dogs if Ben Johnson ever takes his shirt off. So that's why that happened. Right before doing it he even said "the people of Chicago are hungry!" Besides, he did it in the locker room so I'm not sure why anyone would care or get mad about that.
