I don't think I'd say they were in trouble. But they have allowed the Broncos to stick around, by not executing on O since the opening drive of the 2nd half. And now, the Broncos are putting together a nice drive on O.

incomplete, but holding by an Eagle in the endzone (Mitchell). Unfortunate, as the ball was too high to require any holding

The Broncos didn't score once in the 3rd qtr, but they are not out of the game, as the Birds' O has also stubbed their toes since the opening drive of the 2nd half

The last Eagles possession was the one that hurt. They got the ball at the 45 and lost yards before punting.
Now a hold on a Barkley run likely ends this drive. How this team is 4-0 is a mystery.

The Eagles did this to themselves, Tom. They had several chances to seal this and their inept offense continued.
Sirianni has a Patullo problem. It’s official now. This feels like 2023.
Hurts missing AJ for the TD turned this game around. That would have made it 24-3.
They had several chances to win this. And they made mistake after mistake late. This is an awful loss by the Eagles. They just aren’t that good right now. Lucky, yes. Good, no.
That’s going to go the offense’s way 99% of the time. Baun can’t take that risk.
The Eagles benefitted from some calls in this game too. It evened out.
This one is on their putrid offense.
