there is zero reason they should lose today with that giants inactive list. I mean zero.
Cue the “The Eagles played a bunch of scrubs and should have won by more than 17 points” posts.
Oh without a doubt. If they win by any less than 2 TD, it’ll be the eagles are in a free fall into the playoffs!
@ 41 degrees, and little to no wind, on the field at the Linc shortly before kickoff.

Eagles with no runs on the opening drive, but bog down in the red zone (seemed like PI should have been called in the end zone, but the refs felt otherwise). So they settle for a FG, making it 3-0, Birds, with 11:39 left in the 1st qtr.
what a crap call against TJ Edwards. He pulls up as he's hitting the Giants' QB (Webb) OOB, the QB trips over Edwards's feet, and they throw a flag on Edwards for unnecessary roughness.
NY with a 47-yard FG attempt, they try a fake, and the Birds (Zack McPhearson) tackle the holder behind the LOS. It ends up being recorded as a sack.

I somewhat agree, though the Birds seem more interested in keeping folks in the secondary as opposed to blitzing.
Case in point, check this coverage out when the Giants had 3rd & 30 (I guess Gannon didn't want to see a repeat of the prior debacle):
TD, DeVonta Smith, but LG Dickerson was downfield on the pass, so the TD is wiped off the books.
Backing in would be losing along with SF and Dallas. Just win the game. That won’t be backing in.
barely beating this Giants team which is resting everybody? I'll call that backing in. Granted, they still have time to turn this into something better
