Other than Kessler are there any others that Duke is recruiting? I think I saw Todd was listed.
We may be losing every PF/C on the team... White,Carey, Hurt, Javin and Bolden.
There is the transfer portal but I believe Duke will need 3 or 4 recruits to fill the void upfront.

I really don’t know of any other bigs we’re going after in 2020. We were at one point going after Todd but it doesn’t seem like we’re making any moves after him anymore. Probably should start working on that or else we’re gonna get destroyed on the inside that year. They’re gonna figure something out

We'll be deep in the backcourt with hopefully Jordan, Boogie, AOC and Baker. With those hops not sure Stanley will see a year two. Hopefully.

What about a guy like Jordan brown? Sit one play 3. Probably a little late to get him but just a thought

Yes. A transfer sitting out would be great. They don't have to eat up minutes, they learn the system, and they have experience. Jordan Brown would be huge. But, I get the feeling from this article that Jordan Brown and his father want major minutes. If he can't get that at Nevada, I'm not sure how he'd feel with 15 minutes or so at Duke. Maybe in 18 months or so he could be a starter for a top 10 team, but he's still a question mark either way.

Also, interested in Keve Aluma, from Wofford, who recently entered the transfer portal. He averaged roughly 7 points, 7 boards, and 1 block in 26 minutes as a sophomore. I wouldn't project him as a starter for us in 2021 (should he happen to transfer to Duke), but he'd be a solid big off the bench. He could potentially start as a senior. however. Especially since 2022 is the year when kids could go straight to high school.

Don’t want to be greedy but will be happy w 4 bigs (Barnes, Mark Williams and the 2 Hauser brothers]
in 2020. Add those 4 with Roach, Boston, Johnson plus Alex, Joey, Jordan and hopefully Stanley
gives Duke a loaded roster.

That’d be a very nice team. Probably a little far fetched tho but we can dream. And are we pursuing the hauser brothers?

Have no idea if we are looking at them but like the idea of getting 2 at once. We will need them. If one can start and we get 15 pts and 10 boards a game combined it would be a good fit. The more I read about Kessler I think he is going to Georgia.

No, the Hauser brothers are not considering Duke. It's between Virginia, Michigan State, and Wisconsin.

I guess that puts us back into the offers for John Reik and Peter Jurkin then. We've been talking about them for how long now. I say make a firm offer to Jurkin. He has time to become a flexible player and could play the stretch 4 position. He may even be able to preform multiple positions for. I say go ahead and offer Reik. If we can get them both then they can go head to head I practice to see which one or both can fill up the middle. OFC
