Early line on PSU - MSU is basically a pick-em

Even with the game in East Lansing, so basically saying PSU would be a neutral field favorite. I don't know whether that is a good line or not, but it is rather interesting, I think.

I will not comment only to say the PSU defense did considerably better against OSU and UMICH than the MSU defense did.
