I am checking Simmons and only see Week 1. Is there another link? What does he have on JK?
He's got jk at 47this wk. Wrh at #7. Brian does pretty good predicting scores, but I'm not in agreement with his rankings. Maybe he was at jk last wk and left at half!
He uses math to rank teams. All early season polls are subject to be wrong. The more data that is compiled over the season the more accurate the poll will be. Everyone will get their chance to prove the poll wrong/right during the season.
Yeah I knew he had a system in place. I was kidding about the him"watching the first half last wk"

It don't have to be cash,don't think the dogs are dead. Won't be same team later in season. You have a right to hate,but WRH will win or finish second in conference.
If JK is ED's only loss and JK has already lost a conference game, wouldn't we tie for the title?
We lost to a conference team but doesn’t count as a conference loss. And I disagree with DCTiger. JK still has a lot of work to do and improvements to make before we think about winning conference. ED should go undefeated in ECC
If you are talking about the ED/Clinton game it was 41-21 but the game wasn't that close. ED fumbled inside the 10 up 41-7 and Clinton scored a couple of meaningless TDs in 4th.

Fact is you have been shutout by a very mediocre Cape Fear team and struggled with an East Bladen team that is completely rebuilding. I know I know...they will improve as the season goes along, defense is outstanding playing two teams who might finish 6-5, #10 being back will make all the difference.
Conference will be decided the first week just like last year when ED and WRH play. Just the way it is.

One thing i learned in my playing days under Sawvel,Lewis,and Mallard was respect your opponent but dont fear them i love football especially high school because how unpredictable it is like last Friday who saw that coming besides some really loyal SWO fans......But Battle Holley is a smart guy i doubt he thinks like @By the Fence
So ED made it to their FIRST championship game, and all of a sudden they’re world beaters? Clinton is working with a new coaching staff and new offense/defense(but we all know defense comes around quicker) so it will take a little time to get used to. And Cape Fear is not a mediocre team. Their offense may have lost the firepower they’ve had in recent years, but that defense is stout. They just ran into a very experienced 71st team and turnovers from which the Falcons benefited. ED Is a 3A school playing in a 2A conference.
I cant really take anything he says seriously anytime he has posted about Clinton or anything to do with us its negative to the point he sounds kind of bitter....im guessing a former member of some ED team that got curb stomped by Clinton kept him from getting a ring....just a guess im probably right
And just for ***** and giggles exactly what has ED done so far this season that just sets them so far ahead of everyone else??? Last time i checked everyone is 1-1 2 freaking games have been played. So tell me?....beat Richlands??? Wow stand down North Davidson hand ED the 2AA eastern championship. Word of advice let the teams play a couple more games before you go Matthew Berry on us
LOL.....I am not even an ED fan. Fact is, I live in the WRH district. I only pick a game each Friday night to go and check out. Not even from the area. Transplant from another part of the state who moved in 12 years ago. You guys are just too full of yourself and way too easy to get worked up. Its an opinion, if I am wrong, then fine so be it. Sure you played Wallace close last year but contrary to what some said on here, you were no factor in who won the conference. Props and all the pat on the backs one can give for what you have done in the past but that does not matter. The program is simply not relevant on the scale its followers would have people believe on here. You were what your record says you were last year, average. You will be what your record says you will be at the end of this year too, and I say average again.

Lol ok nostradamus.....not relevant? 2014 State runner up 2015 eastern finals 2016 undefeated conference champ i say we been plenty relevant and will continue to be so.....and you happened to forget last season team lost 3-4 games they could of easily won.....i suggest you get out that bubble your in maybe venture out a bit
Didnt realized we crown conference champs in August.....also thought the season lasted longer than 2-3 weeks....crazy huh

The conference is wide open in my opinion. Whoever wins it will have earned it! The games are going to be close and exciting!!

ED fans sound like JHS fans. Finally make it deep in the playoffs and now their world beaters. Never will understand that concept at all. But to each own. Seems like each conference game but two will.be slugfest this year. Wish SWO was in the conference

Maybe we can become A MEMBER AT LARGE. It would be great to schedule Clinton, ED, WRH, AND JK as non conference games.

Again, I am not an ED fan. I am simply giving an opinion. There are ED posters on here I think have just as much hot air as Clinton, SWO, and WRH posters do.
I think both ED and WRH had great teams last year and I think both are very good this year too. In fact, I think they are the two best teams in the East Central Conference.
The other five teams (Clinton included) can prove me wrong once the conference season starts.
