Down 6, but should be down more. The 3 point shot is there anytime for them with minimal ball movement.

I think TU’s players are better than this, but the apathy is real.

Down 6 and we’ve missed 6 free throws and have 15 turnovers, most of them unforced errors.

ECU doesn’t have good ball handlers, but they don’t dribble a lot. They keep the ball moving with passes. That’s the only reason they don’t turn it over more. As I type this, Pritchard pressures an ECU player who IS dribbling & he turns it over!

We are at the bottom of the table for a reason.

Now I have to decide if it is worth coming out for our Saturday *** whipping to see some former greats as half.

Did not watch. But scrolled ESPN play by play the last minute - anticipating the imploding ending that is routine for TU. Entertainment.

I knew when Haith called a timeout for the final play that something bad would happen. Horne and no one else should have had the ball the last possession. Haith blaming referees in post game show. You don't give the worst team in the league a chance to stay close. You put it on them when they are 1-12 early from the three. We just let them hang around. This definitely looks like the Haith farewell tour and it is approaching the worst team record in a long. long time. I talked to 20-25 people tonight and not one thought Haith should stay.

Maybe you are right about
Horne but he just made a bone headed play the play before. Even if it was a block, (which on replay I think it was a charge); why would he even try that play. The clock is on our side and we can run it out or get fouled and Horne drives against a defender. As it is, after the time out Haith called a great play and had an fairly easy layup that division one talent should make. This is about talent and lack of Franks ability to recruit to Tulsa

Rim protectors that every team but us have won the last shot. Why we can't recruit a rim protector I don't know. I just think we should have cleared out the side for Horne and let him go again. Make the ref call that again. I don't think he would twice. Horne had scored by backing in twice before against the smaller guy and is deadly with free throws. Maybe they would have doubled but we needed the opportunity. Jackson in deep is usually good but 4 arms were between him and the rim.

Rollo said it correctly after the game. You don’t let the hottest ECU shooter make his 6th 3-pointer of the game on their final possession. You deny him the ball & let someone else beat you.

Haith’s take postgame was that the guy hit a tough shot. Haith doesn’t get it.

The guy did hit a tough shot. But it should not have come to that. I thought we might lose considering how poorly we played in the first half.

Really at this point it does not matter. We all must simply assume a very high likelihood of losing as a condition of being a spectator. I have gotten there myself.

May show up Saturday though if Pressey will be there and honored at half. Is he still coaching? Will he have the day off?

If we ran a poll on here on who thinks Haith should stay, I would guess 95% or more of posters want a coaching change.

If we could include all those posters who have given up & no longer even bother visiting this forum, the fire Haith number would climb to 98% or more!

Is there even 1 person here who thinks he should stay? Doubtful.

I suspect it is 100%.

Well TU blew another game,
Missed shots, poor defense on the 3's, and turnovers...
Poor coaching especially during the last 2 to 4 minutes.
The Horne lay-up was a charge it happened 20 feet in front of me. The man on defense was putside the arc and both feet were set.
