Edenton prevails over Manteo 50-7 in what most everyone thought would be a much closer game. Manteo had three blocked/botched punts in the 1stQ that led to Edenton TDs. Score was 36-0 at end of 1stQ. Running clock in effect with 8 min left in 2ndQ. Aces’ Keimon Bailey had at least 4 TDs, including an 82yd run on 2nd play from scrimmage in 1stQ. Aces host Perquimans next week for final regular season game in what will be another romp for Edenton.

With no disrespect to Manteo but they were talking junk all week. The score could have been 80-7 if the coaches show some respect and call the dogs off and Bailey hardly played in the second half most of the back up played and Stanley wasn't even the starting QB at the beginning of the season.
