Not sure i will watch, i think watching the RU Wrestling and BB Games on Saturday night will be all my better half can stand (and of course Friday Night thriller Iowa and PSU)

Now that's the way to do it. We thought about staying but couldn't get anyone to animal sit the farm. It's usually not a problem but this time just couldn't find anybody.

Thats Jacob Decatur, he has been at 125 all year. Jordan wrestled last night at 133. Kinner cannot drop to 133(he cant make it plus even if he did he has wrestled 157 and there is not enough weeks left in season to get back down.) And Kinner won by TF last night against Maryland at 157.

Thats Jacob Decatur, he has been at 125 all year. Jordan wrestled last night at 133. Kinner cannot drop to 133(he cant make it plus even if he did he has wrestled 157 and there is not enough weeks left in season to get back down.) And Kinner won by TF last night against Maryland at 157.

and coincidentally Jordan lost to King Sandoval last night so I know JoJo is struggling but he's not the only high level recruit having a hard time adjusting out there

Interestingly Gapas is wearing a Rutgers singlet which you can’t do if redshirting. I don’t believe he’s wrestled a varsity match this year so I guess they don’t intend on using his RS. Benner is wearing his Ocean Township singlet.

Would be a weird time to do it but all of our 157 backups (Glasgow, Kanniard, and Harrison) are all in redshirt. With Vulakh and Benner still in redshirt at 149, the only options at 157 if MVB is hurt would be to bump Santos up, forfeit the weight class, or pull a RS.

Benner gets pinned in 3rd period up 10-8. Looked great to start. Picked up a takedown and 4 backs, then a sloppy reversal and he got his knee banged up a little bit. Got manhandled in the 2nd and 3rd period.

Is Briton ever going to be full strength (Doesn't he have arthritis in his knees?)

With the match at MSG, I am not surprised that our RS are not there.
How many times do you get to go to MSG and wrestle?
Is RU allowed to bring their full team? It is an away game and I thought they may be limited who goes.

I just checked and this is Foca's 5th, Ramirez's 6th, and Fernandes' 7th open tournament this year thus far and Kanniard has been to 3 and Glasgow 1. After this tournament some of those guys will have wrestled like 10-15 more matches than Rob already. These guys need all the experience they can get so I'm not sure why they aren't getting it.

Very true and I believe Bill mentioned previously that he was shutdown for season. They are very high on Vulkah so they are obviously taking every precaution possible to ensure it fully heals and doesn't linger.

You have to pay your own way as a redshirt, and I imagine that includes an entry fee.

I’m not sure how Cornell/Finger Lakes operates regarding redshirts (Gerard Angelo for example is listed as a RS Freshman on Rutgers roster but is listed as a true freshman on Wrestlestat) but I imagine the Finger Lakes guys are having their travel expenses and entry fees paid for by their school whereas the Rutgers redshirts dont have the same luxury.
