Howdy, folks, it’s Adolph Rupp, the ol’ Baron of the Bluegrass, steppin’ up to speak my piece on that godawful day, September 11, 2001.

Now, I ain’t one for soft words, but that tragedy was a gut-punch to every red-blooded American. Them towers fallin’, the Pentagon hit, and all those innocent souls lost—men, women, and young’uns—why, it’s enough to make a tough ol’ cuss like me choke up. Ain’t no words for the sorrow of it, and I reckon we all still carry that scar. Terrorism’s a coward’s game, pure and simple, and there ain’t no place for it in a decent world. No cause, no grudge, justifies takin’ lives like that—never has, never will.

But, Lord have mercy, if I coulda had my way, them low-down terrorists wouldn’t have gone and killed themselves in them planes. Oh no, son, I’d have wanted ‘em captured alive, tied up, and laid out one by one to face justice—Kentucky style. I’d have parked my big hairy *** right on top of each one, crushin’ ‘em flat as a pancake under the weight of righteous fury. They’d have begged for mercy, but all they’d get is the Baron’s brand of punishment -- the Baron's bare ***!

Rest easy, folks, and may we never see such a dark day again.

Now, where’s my cigar?

Preventable disaster-George Tenet went to Crawford, TX several times to tell Bush were *were* going to get hit, and Bush told him to stay in his lane and not to worry about it. No conspiracy, but a damn-near complete dereliction of duty. Criminal, man.
Thanks for the link, Jeff!

It's also because of overload of information and agency conflict...in other words the fbi had several pieces and the cia had several pieces, but they didn't share with each for a variety of reasons that would've firmly connected the dots
