I don’t think Eaglestaff is necessarily a bad signing. I just wouldn’t get my hopes up about him being some sort of superstar. Sure he dropped 40 against Bama. That’s impressive. He also only put up 13 against a much worse Notre Dame team. The other out of conference tourney team they faced was Colorado state which he only scored 12 points. He might turn out to be solid, but this recruiting doesn’t look like it’s going to be a factor in the SEC so far.
