As to Kanter calling out Turkey, the world is not as simple as the US. There are no saints in Turkey but there are good reasons to support the current regime, just like there are good reasons to support/friend Saudi Arabia and Israel. They all hate Russia, China and Iran. That's good enough for me.

Lebron used his platform to speak out and reach out to those in higher positions than him.. Trump, politics issues, etc. But when it's coming from below him? Oh he doesn't have time and someone is "using" his name for opportunity. Dude picks and chooses what to "fight" for (liberal issues), and when he's taken to task he essentially blocks it out.
