Why in the world is jumping over someone unsportsmanlike conduct? We got called for that early in the game.

You can't hurdle someone in high school football. Safety issue

Yep. You can on Saturdays and Sundays. Just not in high school.

I don't see why it's "unsportsmanlike." I'd rather be jumped over than trucked.

It is what it is. You're preaching to the choir brother. High School rules are high school rules. I don't like it when ball becomes dead when crossing goal line after a kick. I'd like to see these guys run it out. But it's for safety....
