So ND can become outright ESCC conf champ with a win over Carmel and a JCA loss to Marist ... but ESCC scheduling does not have ND playing JCA or Nazareth this year.

ND ranked 22 by edgy with only loss to unranked Marist.

Or ND and JCA losses can possibly create a six way tie of 4-2 teams. Which team is IHSA conference representative in the six way tie scenario?

I believe Soucie's "Highly scientific coin flip" would come into play on some level in that scenario.

Does it matter if they all qualify? Does the IHSA have to designate one as champion?

All 6! ESCC awards co-champs, goes only by record regardless of head to head.

I thought Naz was going to run away with it followed by Marist then JC then ND then Benet. Never imagined Naz would have 2 conference losses and Marist possibly 3 (depending on the JCA game this weekend). At least Marist got some redeption on beating ND at ND

If that happened all said teams are in the playoffs so the point is moot.
