West Virginia at Baylor, Oct. 17: How legit are WVU's Big 12 title hopes? We should know heading into their trip to Waco after back-to-back games against OU and Oklahoma State. The Bears will want to avenge their lone loss of the 2014 regular season, and the Mountaineers will likely provide BU's toughest test of the season to that point.

Baylor just lost a playoff spot because of WVU.

Baylor starts a new qb just like WVU. I really don't see them as a Conference Title Contender. That backup they had was no Bryce Petty, and the offense showed it every time he was in.

There can be some surprises this year in this league, but I think TCU is gonna be the school to beat. Still it is the Big XII and anything can happen.

Chatmon guy always seems high on WVU.

Not to be a negative Nancy, but if the fan base has "legit Big 12 title hopes" in 2015, it's going to be disappointed.

Hope that proves to be wrong. Just seems hard to forecast a legit conference championship run when there's contests such as @ Okla, @ Bay, @ TCU and @ K-State.

You ... of all people .... should know not to question a poster for something he didn't say. I said nothing about Baylor/WVU being a lesser match-up not worthy of being noted.

WVU-TCU has been an amazing dogfight the last three years worthy of any football fan's attention.
