It's a favorable schedule and we have a winning formula developing. A solid front 7 on d combined with a very good rushing attack on o and we should be able to hang with anyone except maybe OU. I hope we do force all these b12 teams into ugly low scoring games. I'm all about it.

One ranked team in OU which is better than last year. OSU, TCU, and Baylor all down compared to last year. I don't see how a team that is not down right bad doesn't accidently get 3 more wins with this schedule.
WVU beat OU, OSU and Baylor last year. Should have beaten TCU just as 6 other teams should have.

I would say they will find 3 more somewhere. Start of season I said 5-7 maybe 6 if they beat Tech. Well they beat Tech. So looks like 6-6 to me.

Outside of OU, both OSU and Baylor so far look worse than last year. No ISU, KSU, or Texas on his schedule, which are teams WVU lost convincingly last year. ISU looks to have taken a step back and KSU less so. Texas appears to be on the upswing. But ultimately the point is that no one can reasonably argue that this year's conference schedule is much easier with only 2 ranked teams and every other team being bad or with an already exposed glaring weakness. Hence a blind squirrel should still get to 6-6 at a bare minimum with this schedule and sitting on a 3-1 record.

ISU taking a step back from dead last in Big 12 last year ain't saying much. WVU was ISU only Big 12 win last year I believe.
