So pumped for this team. Can you imagine this team having last year's schedule? With the weakened SEC they could have made some major noise. We have to follow through this year and WIN.

Though I do agree that next year on paper should be the breakout year, I feel like this years team will be better than we all think barring injuries. A lot of talent on this years squad.
This team has really good players in the skill positions. They are suspect in the defensive front seven, but do have P5 transfers in the linebacker positions. Until proven otherwise I'm tempering my expectations because UK football has a poor history. I'm not saying a good season isn't possible but Uk has had too few in football for me to count on it.

Jesus Christ dude Chill out. Nobody cares what random people on the Intenet think expect for extremist like you. It's just my opinion and its legit. UK has a bad history but they may have a good season this year but I am just keeping my expectations in check. Jesus Christ.
Wow! It's kind of amazing to think how far we have come the last few years. We are actually listed as best in a league like the SEC EAST. That is really impressive. I feel bad for Barker in a way. He has no excuse he can use if he doesn't show he can be great at QB for Kentucky with the wideouts we have for him to work with. I believe in the kid and i'm glad to see we have help and he won't have to do everything and carry the offense himself. We all know that probably will not happen in the SEC. I will admit i am a lil surprised that ESPN would rate our guys so highly. Now that these guys have the preseason hype, it's time for these kids to actually produce on the footfall field and show they were worth the hype being put on them. I think they will do just that! It's going to be a fun year for Kentucky football! Win or lose, i do believe we will be able to put up points on everybody we face this year.
Still need to put together a solid front on both sides before that talent can really shine. I am sure some games they will but you can't get it to the receivers if you are running for your life. You can't get an interception when they are running it down your throat.
